Welcome to Canine Styling Labrador. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for anyone purchasing, reserving, or adopting a puppy from us. By engaging with our services or completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms. We encourage all potential owners to read these carefully before reserving or purchasing a puppy
Canine Styling Labrador is a family-based Labrador breeder located in Australia.
We breed purebred Labrador Retrievers in full compliance with Australian animal welfare and breeding regulations.
Our goal is to place every puppy into a loving, responsible, and well-prepared home.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This ensures your chosen puppy is held exclusively for you until pick-up or delivery.
Deposits may be transferred to a future litter only if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Puppies are chosen in order of deposits received.
Full payment must be made before the puppy leaves our care.
We accept payment by bank transfer or other approved methods.
Prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all standard veterinary care up to the date of adoption.
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age, in accordance with Australian welfare regulations.
Buyers may pick up their puppy in person by appointment only, or request safe, licensed pet transport within Australia (delivery costs apply).
All puppies will be:
Vet-checked
Vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped
Accompanied by a health record booklet and 1-Year Health Guarantee
Each puppy comes with a 1-Year Health Guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary diseases that significantly affect quality of life.
If a certified veterinarian diagnoses a covered condition within 12 months of purchase, Canine Styling Labrador will offer:
A replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter, or
Another agreed-upon solution.
Routine health issues (parasites, minor infections, allergies, etc.) are not covered.
This guarantee is valid only if the buyer:
Has the puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
Maintains proper veterinary care, diet, and a safe living environment.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in rare cases where we are unable to provide a suitable puppy.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, allergies, relocation, or lifestyle changes.
Returned puppies (for any reason) must be approved by us first. We will always accept a puppy back to ensure its welfare, but financial reimbursement is at our discretion.
By purchasing a puppy from Canine Styling Labrador, you agree to:
Provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and a safe home environment.
Ensure your puppy receives love, attention, and socialisation.
Never use the dog for unethical breeding or resale purposes.
Comply with local pet registration and welfare regulations.
Canine Styling Labrador reserves the right to:
Refuse a sale if we believe the environment is unsuitable for the puppy’s well-being.
Cancel a reservation and refund the deposit if unforeseen circumstances arise affecting the litter or the puppy’s health.
While we take every precaution to ensure our puppies’ health and safety, Canine Styling Labrador is not liable for:
Future health conditions not detectable at the time of sale
Costs related to illness, injury, or behaviour after transfer of ownership
Delays in transport due to weather, courier, or logistical issues beyond our control
