Every delivery is handled with licensed, professional pet transport partners who specialise in safe, air-conditioned, and welfare-approved travel for animals.
For families located farther away, we arrange safe air transport through trusted pet travel agencies. Your puppy will travel in a comfortable, IATA-approved crate, with soft bedding and plenty of ventilation. We only use reputable airlines that comply with Australian animal transport regulations.

If you’re within driving distance of our home, we can also arrange ground transport. Your puppy will be hand-delivered by us or a trusted partner in a climate-controlled vehicle designed for animal safety. Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in person (by appointment only). We love meeting our puppy parents in person and ensuring you have everything you need for a smooth transition home. At pickup, we’ll provide:

Starter food pack & care instructions
Delivery fees vary depending on location, airline, and method of transport. We always offer the most affordable and safest option available. Exact costs will be discussed and confirmed before any booking is made.
Before any puppy leaves our home, we ensure they are:

✅ Properly hydrated and fed
✅ Comfortable, clean, and calm
We also provide your puppy with a soft blanket or toy that smells like their littermates — helping them feel safe and familiar during the journey.
Once your puppy arrives, please allow them a quiet space to rest and adjust. We recommend introducing water, a small meal, and lots of gentle affection. Within a few hours, most puppies settle in beautifully — ready to explore their new home and family.
