Our Payment & Reservation Policy ensures that every family understands how to reserve, purchase, and receive their Labrador puppy with total confidence and peace of mind.
To secure a puppy from an available litter — or to join our waiting list for upcoming litters — we require a non-refundable deposit.
✅ The deposit confirms your commitment and removes the puppy from our available list.
✅ We do not hold puppies without a deposit.
✅ Deposits may be transferred to a future litter upon mutual agreement if unforeseen circumstances arise.
This policy helps us plan responsibly and ensures that each puppy is reserved for a loving, prepared family.
The standard reservation deposit is:
AUD $1000 – $1500, depending on the litter and puppy selection.
This amount is deducted from the total puppy price. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment.
For your convenience, we accept:

PayID / Osko
Cash on Pickup (Local Buyers Only)
💡 We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) for shipped puppies, as all transport arrangements must be confirmed with cleared payment prior to travel.
Once a deposit or full payment is made, you will receive:
✅ Payment receipt via email
✅ Reservation confirmation letter with your puppy’s details
✅ Estimated pickup or delivery date
✅ Updates and photos as your puppy grows until handover
Final payment must be received at least 3–5 days before delivery (or on the day of pickup for in-person adopters).
This allows us to confirm all transport arrangements and ensure a smooth transition.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure a specific puppy and prevent us from offering it to other families.
However, in genuine cases of emergency, deposits may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion.
If you require air or ground transport, delivery costs will be clearly stated in writing before booking.
No surprise fees — ever.
You’ll receive full flight or courier details and tracking once transport is confirmed.
We only place our puppies in responsible, loving homes.
If, at any point before pickup, we feel a buyer is not a suitable match for the puppy, we reserve the right to decline the sale and refund any payments made (excluding administrative or banking fees).
Our priority is always the wellbeing of the puppy.
